Details: St. John the Baptist Church in Peabody is pleased to welcome Dr. Hugh Hinton as guest organist for the final concert of the 2025–2026 Concert Series.

Entitled Resonant Voices: Choral Preludes, Old and New, the program explores the rich tradition of the chorale prelude across centuries and highlights the works by women composers in observance of International Women Composer Sunday. Dr. Hinton, who holds both the Colleague (CAGO) and Choirmaster (ChM) certificates from the American Guild of Organists, has taught and performed extensively throughout the United States as well as internationally, collaborating with a wide range of ensembles and organizations and drawing on his multifaceted musical expertise.

The concert will take place on Sunday, March 8 at 3:00 PM at St. John the Baptist Church, 17 Chestnut Street, Peabody, Massachusetts. A free-will offering is appreciated and will support the continuation of our concert series. A reception will follow in the church hall. The church is fully accessible.
