In a program entitled "Echoes Across Horizons: American Voices in Classical Piano", classical pianist Junwen Liang continues his 2026 North American tour with a Sunday matinee at Methuen Memorial Music Hall. In June 2026, his debut EP, Colombine, featuring works by Amy Beach and Florence Price, was released through the California-based Manus imprint and is available on major digital streaming platforms worldwide. He is currently preparing his debut full-length album. In addition to his solo career, Junwen extends his musical talents engaging as a collaborative pianist with professional instrumentalists and singers in the thriving music scenes of Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore County, Maryland. A graduate of the Peabody Institute, Junwen is based in Philadelphia and serves on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania.
